Cavender's Greek Seasoning
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle Liquid Smoke
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
Brisket

Directions:
Directions:
Rub Cavender's onto the brisket and put in a roasting pan. Add Liquid Smoke, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Marinate overnight. Slice onion and lay on top. Cover with foil and bake in 275 to 300 oven for 6 to 8 hours.
