¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup honey
1 cup beer
garlic powder
kosher salt
coarse black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well in zip lock bag. Add pork loin steaks and marinate for 2 hours. Grill steaks over mesquite coals to an internal temperature of 155 degrees. Reserve 1 cup marinade and pour into sauce pan. Cook over medium heat for several minutes until sauce is reduced by 1/3. Serve over steaks.
