1 – bottle Shiner or other dark bock beer
1 – 8 ounce bottle honey
2 – tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 – tbsp pickapeppa sauce
2 – tbsp granulated garlic
2 – tbsp sea salt
2 – tbsp fresh cracked black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring beer to room temperature (this is important so the honey will mix well). Add all ingredients to a large zip lock bag and shake well to mix. Add chicken, fish or pork and marinate for 30 minutes to several hours in refrigerator. Discard marinade after use.
