1 head of lettuce 1 small chopped red onion 1 pkg of frozen peas rinsed with warm water Hellmans mayo 1/2 in thick. 1 pkg dry Italian dressing (Good Seasons) Shredded mozzarella cheese (enough to cover entire salad) bacon bits (add when ready to serve)
Layer in order given above Let sit in refrigerator overnight. Top with bacon bits just before serving. Hint: Real bacon is much better to use.
