1 leg of lamb (or more, depending on the crowd)
Wish Bone Italian Dressing
Onions
Green peppers
Tomatoes
( Any fresh vegetables you might like. Mushrooms, Zuccinni, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Bone the lamb leg. Cut the meat into cubes about 1 in. to 1 1/2 in. There will be other pieces left after cutting the cubes.
Marinate the lamb in the Italian dressing for up to 3 days.
We then grill it in baskets meant for grilling.
I cut the vegetables in 1 in. to 2 in pieces. Sort of to match the size of the meat.
Arranging the meat in the baskets with cut up vegetables. A piece of meat then a piece of onion; another piece of meat a piece of tomato; another piece of meat then a piece of pepper. Then repeat. We arrange it in row after row until the basket or baskets are full.
Grill it on one side then flip it over and grill it on the other side.
