2 pie shells
2 cups ham, diced
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp dried minced onion
4 eggs
2 cups half and half
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pastry shells at 400º for 5 minutes. If frozen, bake 5 more minutes. Mix together ham, cheese, and onions and divide between pie shells. Whisk together eggs, half and half, salt, and pepper and divide and pour over top of each pie. Bake at 400º for 35-40 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting.

May be frozen up to three months. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator and let sit 30 minutes before baking.
