1 Tbl. Vegetable Oil,
1/2 Pkg. Fresh cuts, diced onions.
1 Lb. ground beef,
1/4 cup Taco Seasoning,
1 (10oz) Romaine Lettuce,
3/4 cup Canned Sweet Corn Kernels,
3/4 cup Black Beans, drained,
3/4 cup diced fresh tomatoes,
1 cup Shredded Jack Cheese,
1 Pkg. Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add onions and saute 2 minutes. Add ground beef and seasoning, brown, drain, let cool.

Arrange lettuce on large platter, sprinkling with meat. Top with corn, beans, cheese and tomatoes, Place chips around edge, crumbling some over the top.

Serve with dressing.
