21/2 cups cubed potatoes that have been boiled with skins on (new red potatoes are the best!)
12 eggs, hard boiled
12 green onion, chopped
2 cups of mayonnaise
2 cups of sour cream
1/4 cup of vinegar
1/3 cup of sugar
2 Tbsp. dry mustard.
garlic salt to taste
onion salt to taste
salt & pepper to taste

In large bowl pour your dressing over your cooked cubed potatoes. Add green onion and mix gently Add your chopped eggs and mix again, gently.
Best if it sits in the fridge for a couple hors before serving.
