1 ¼ lb. Ground Beef (90% lean)
2 Med. Onions
1 Lg Bell Pepper
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Salt
3 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
2 10-ounce cans “Rotel” diced Tomatoes and Chilis
1 15-ounce can petite diced Tomatoes
1 15-ounce can diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
2 15-ounce cans Dark Red Kidney Beans
2 15-ounce cans Light Red Kidney Beans
1 15-ounce can Pork and Beans
1 15-ounce can Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp White Sugar

Brown the ground beef. Add diced onions, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until onions are semi-transparent. Add salt, chili powder, and cumin. Stir, and allow meat to absorb seasonings. Add Rotel tomatoes, petite diced tomatoes, and tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano. Stir. Add kidney beans and pork and beans. (For variety, substitute white beans, pinto beans, or black beans for the can of pork and beans.) Add tomato sauce, brown sugar, and white sugar. Stir. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for two hours; Stirring occasionally.
