2 C Dry lentils
2 qt chicken broth
1 onion, diced
1/4 C tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large pot. Heat to a simmer. Continue simmering until lentils are soft, 15-20 min. Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
