12 large cabbage leaves
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 lb pork sausage
1/2 cup cooked rice
1 egg
1/3 c milk
salt/pepper
2 tbls onions (chopped) can add more
1 cup (8 oz) tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cabbage leaves 2 - 3 minutes in boiling water until limp. Drain.

Combine beef, pork, egg, milk, seasonings and onions. Mix well.

Place meat mixture in center of each leaf. Fold sides to cover meat. Place in a cake pan with seams down. Pour the tomato sauce over the top and bake for 1 hour - at 350.

*OK to use minute rice.
