2 T butter
2 C sliced onions

3 C beef broth
1 1/2 C water
1 T worcheshire
1 pkg Au Jus mix

Croutons
Provolone Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan and add onions. Cook until the onions are getting slightly brown. (approx 20 mins)

Add all the remaining ingredients to the onions, except the croutons and cheese. Increase the heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for approx 5 to 10 minutes.

Put the soup in a bowl - add croutons and top w/cheese.

Can also put the bowls in the oven to melt cheese.
