1 gallon mayo
1/4 gallon sour cream
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 T salt
1 1/2 T cracked red pepper
1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
3 lb Blu Cheese
2 large onions (diced)
1/3 cup garlic (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well.
Put into pint jars and keep in fridge.
Will keep for a couple of months.
Can make 1/2 a batch also because this does
make a lot.

This is so good you can use it with chicken wings or as salad dressing.

We went to the Spring Inn for Patty's birthday I think it was and we asked the cook if we could have the recipe for the dressing and he let us look at a notebook that he had all their recipes in. We copied it down and thought afterwards we should of looked in the notebook for their other recipes.

Just remember that this does make a lot but you can share it with others.
