3 cups shredded cabbage (I used food processor)
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2-3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Place the cabbage and green peppers in a large bowl. In a sauce pan, mix the sugar, vinegar, oil, and salt. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Pour over cabbage mixture. Then take celery seed and sprinkle over cabbage. Stir together. Place in refrigerator. Let cool.

You can double this recipe. This slaw is very good. We make it quite often. Bruce Clark fixes fried fish and this goes real well with it.
