1 to 2 lb. fresh thin-stemmed asparagus spears
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. Italian salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Clean asparagus in cold water and snap off bottoms. Bring pot of water to boil, adding 1 tsp. salt. Cook asparagus in boiling water for one minute. Drain and run under cold water to stop the cooking. Pat dry and place in ziploc bag with Italian salad dressing. Refrigerate for at least eight hours. Turn occasionally. Run under cold water to rinse dressing. Pat dry and serve.
