1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
4 oz. plain feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
1/4 c. roasted red bell peppers, chopped
1 tsp. dried dillweed
3-5 pita rounds

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium heat, cook onions, garlic, olive oil and sesame oil for 4-5 minutes or until onions are tender. Remove from heat and add cream cheese and feta cheese. Stir until the mixture is nearly smooth. Add olives, peppers and dillweed. Set mixture aside.

Split each pita open to form 2 circles. Broil for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes - until lightly toasted. Spread the cheese mixture on the rounds and broil again for about 1 minute or until hot. Cut each round into 6 pieces. Serve warm.
