1 can pimento - chopped
8 medium potatoes boiled and diced
1 large onion - chopped
1 large green pepper - chopped
2 - 4 slices bread - cubed
1/2 lb. Velveta - cubed
1 stick butter - cubed
3/4 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together. Put in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
