1 smoked ham steak
2 large potatoes, cubed
2 large onions, sliced
oil for frying

Directions:

In skillet heat oil and carefully saute onions for about 5 minutes. Add potatoes and sprinkle with a mixture of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper and lemon pepper (add a little water if necessary). DO NOT ADD SALT. Stir often, then cover. Add water as needed. Cook until potatoes are soft, about 15 minutes.

Cut ham steak into pieces. Move potatoes and onions to one side of pan and lay ham pieces on bottom of skillet; cover the ham with the potato mixture.

Ham is already cooked....cover and cook just to heat ham.
