2 15 oz. cans black eyed peas (drained)
1 15 oz. can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 10 oz. can Ro-TelL
1/2 cup chopped fresh jalapeņo peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 cups chopped bell pepper (red and green)
1 8 oz bottle Italian salad dressing

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir gently. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with corn chips.
