1 package frozen potato & onion pierogies
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons oil
1 package smoked sausage cut in haf and sliced into 1/2 pieces
1 medium onion, sliced
1 package coleslaw mix
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pierogies according to package directions.

In skillet melt 1 tablespoon butter with 1 tablespoon oil; add sausage and onion; cook and stir 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until coleslaw is wilted. Remove fromheat; keep warm.

In another skillet, heat remaining butter and oil. Drain pierogies; add to skillet. Cook an stir until browned; add the sausage mixture and toss to coat.
