1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. frozen corn
1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 pkg. frozen okra sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion 1 clove garlic chopped
1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper
1 sm can tomato sauce Rice or noodles cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, garlic until tender, then add ground beef and brown. Add tomato sauce, Rotel and seasonings, corn and okra. Simmer about 30 min.
Serve goulash over prepared rice or noodles. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
