3 c. flour 3 eggs
2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. soda 2 c. ripe mashed bananas
1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped maraschino
1 tsp. cinnamon cherries
1 c. chopped pecans
1 sm can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, stir in pecans. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients and add dry ingredients, stirring just enough until all is moist.
Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured loaf bread pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. You can put a glaze on bread.
