1/2 head red leaf lettuce
1/2 bag spinach
Fuji apples
Sugared almonds
Banana slices

1/3 C. orange juice
2 T. red wine vinegar
2 T. sugar
1/3 C. oil
1 T. dry Italian seasoning mix

Dice fruit and mix with lettuce and spinach leaves. Toss with dressing just prior to serving.
