3/4 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water
1 T. butter
2 T. grated lemon peel
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Gradually stir in water. Bring to a boil over direct heat stirring constantly. Boil 1 min. Remove from heat; stir half mixture into 2 egg yolks. Blend into remaining mixture, boil 1 min. more. Remove from heat; add butter, lemon rind and juice. Cool thoroughly.
