1 egg yolk,
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup sifted flour,
1/2 tsp.salt,
1 1/2 tsp. oil,
4 1/2 tsp. vinegar
Stiffly beaten egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together egg yolks, milk, flour, salt, oil and vinegar. Fold in egg white.

Dip in onion rings and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
