1 1/2 lb. Link Sausage (fried, cut into 4ths)
8 slices Bread (buttered, cubed)
1/2 lb. Grated Cheese
6-7 Eggs
2-2 1/2 c. Milk
1 t. Dry Mustard
1 t. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cooked sausages into fourths and place in 9X13 dish. Cover sausage with buttered bread cubes. Top with 1/2 lb. grated cheese. Mix together eggs, milk, mustard and salt and pour or sausage, bread and cheese mixture. Let set in refrigerator over night. Bake uncovered in a glass dish at 325º for 45 minutes or 350º for 45 to 60 minutes

Can add dehydrated onion (1 T.) and could add a couple of sliced apples that have been sautéed in some of the sausage grease.
