Ingredients:
2 Bags of fancy shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1 Cup bacon (cooked & chopped)
2-3 Fresh minced jalapeņos (no seeds)
1 Cup Pecans (chopped)
1 Cup mayonnaise (stir in partial, then add more as needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together all ingredients in large bowl. You can always add more of anything if so desired.
If fresh jalapeņos are not available, use a can or two of diced ones. For easy bacon, the "bits" for salads work well. Chill and serve with crackers or bagel chips. This is even great on a burger!
