1 bag chow mien noodles
¾ cup cooked rice per person
3 pounds of chicken (or 1 pound boneless)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 bunch green onions chopped
2 stalks celery diced
1 large can crushed pineapple – drain well
4 medium tomatoes diced
4 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 package slivered almonds
1 bag grated coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and debone chicken, Shred and add to creamed soup and thin with broth to a gravy consistency. This can be done early in the day and kept in a crock pot
To serve have everyone layer the ingredients in the order above.
