2 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
2 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients; stir in buttermilk and oil until mixture is smooth. Pour into greased 9x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 till crusty and lightly browned (40-45) min.). Serve hot.
