2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Partially mix in milk, egg and butter (about 10 strokes). Add blueberries, stir only till flour is moistened. Bake in greased muffin cups at 425 till golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
