1 lb. Butter
1 lb. Processed American Cheese Spread (Velveta)
4 lb. Powdered Sugar
1 c. Cocoa
1 t. Vanilla
1 c. Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and cheese over low heat. CAREFUL NOT TO BURN. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into buttered 9X13 pan. Cut when cool.

This is an easy recipe to halve. I picked this recipe up in Hardin County. I have never see this made with cheese before, but it is good and easy.
