1 Delux white cake mix
3/4 stick butter
1 cup sugar
6 egg yolks
juice of 2 large lemons
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare and bake white cake per directions.
Allow to cool.
Melt butter, remove from heat, and beat in sugar. Add egg yolks and beat well (by hand). Add lemon juice while stirring constantly. Place on low to medium heat, stir constantly until it begins to boil. Remove from heat. Allow to cool, stirring occasionally. Ice cake.
