1 1/2 c. skim milk (scalded)
1/4 c. crisco
1/2 c. sugar plus 1 tsp.
1 tsp. salt in 2 tsp. milk
3 eggs
5 1/2 c. flour or more

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients, beat good. Add the eggs and mix well. Add flour and stop mixing while still sticks on fingers. Form into small "buns" and let rise on greased baking sheets; maybe cover with a dish cloth until about double in size. Bake at 350º until done.
