2 small packages lime Jello
1 pint cottage cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 tsp horseradish (optional)
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the boiling water over the jello. DO NOT DRAIN THE PINEAPPLE. Mix the rest of the ingredients into the jello and let it set several hours.

This is one of my holiday favorites. It tastes so refreshing along side all of the wonderfully rich foods! I even like to eat it for breakfast the next morning,.
