3 or 4 sweet potatoes
1/2 cup butter (soft)
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tall can evaporated milk (13 oz)
2 unbaked pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until soft and mash in mixing bowl. Add sugar, butter and spices and beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and add milk and salt. Pour into pie shells and bake at 375 for 70 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
