1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 strips bacon
Directions:
Directions:
Combine onion soup mix with sour cream. Add the eggs, meat and bread crumbs. Mix well and shape into loaf and put in a greased loaf pan. Lay the bacon strips over top. Preheat oven to 500º then turn down oven to 375º and bake 1 hour.
