10 ­ 6-inch flour tortillas
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Dip:
1 - 8 oz. package reduced fat free cream cheese
1 cup cold skim milk
1 package sugar free instant pudding - white chocolate or vanilla
2 cups Lite Cool Whip

Spray tortillas with cooking spray. Mix cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle on both sides of tortillas. Cut tortillas in wedges or strips with scissors. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees until crisp, about 8 minutes depending on your oven.

Dip:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding until thickened. Then add cream cheese. Beat on low until blended. Fold
in whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
