2 1/2 frying chickens, cut up
1/2 c. butter
1 c. soft bread crumbs, finely chopped or put in blender
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 clove garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in melted butter then in bread crumbs. Put in a 9x13 pan. Pour remaining butter over chicken and bake 35-40 minutes in 350 oven or until done.
