1 c. raw wild rice
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 -4 oz. can mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
2 T. soy sauce
1 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. water chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Bring rice, water and salt to a boil.
Reduce to simmer and cook 45 minutes. Drain excess water. Brown ground beef, drain and set aside. Brown mushrooms, celery and onion in butter. Mix all ingredients and bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes.
