2 dozen medium oysters
12 thin slices ham (proscuitto recommended)
nutmeg
celery salt
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Drain oysters on paper towels. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg and celery salt. Dip in bread crumbs and cut each piece of ham in two. Wrap ham around oyster and secure with a toothpick. Cook under broiler 2 minutes on each side.
