1 Jalapeņo (seedless, diced)
1 large red pepper (diced)
1 large onion (diced)
2 lbs. ground turkey breast
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
chili powder (1 palm full or to taste)
salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 can tomato sauce
1 can chicken broth
1 bag frozen corn

Directions:
Directions:
Brown turkey breast in skillet with olive oil, when nearly browned throw in diced jalapeņo, red peppers and cook for 5 minutes and turn heat on low. Add chicken broth, tomato sauce, frozen corn and spices. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Even tastier when served next day
Serve with corn bread, oyster crackers or your favorite bread.
