1 pkg. (8oz.) fat-free cream cheese, room temperature
1 tub (8oz.) fat-free cool whip, thawed
1/4 cup fat-free milk
1 Tbs. Crystal light lemonade mix
4 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
2 Tbs. Sugar-Free strawberry preserves

Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients until smooth. Add food coloring and mix until blended. Pour into 4 dessert dishes and freeze 1 hour. Microwave 2 Tbs. preserves for 25 seconds and drizzle over chessesake and serve.
(One serving = 3/4 cup)
