4&1/2 lbs beef short ribs
1&1/2 c ketchup
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c chopped onion
2 T chopped bell pepper
1 T hot mustard
3 T lemon juice
salt
seasoned salt
garlic salt
4 T bacon drippings if available (if not cooking oil)

Directions:
Directions:
Season ribs to taste with salt, seasoned salt and garlic salt. Brown ribs using bacon drippings and drain off grease. Combine other ingredients mix and pour over meat in a pressure cooker. Add 2 c water and cook for 45 minutes. Remove meat and thicken sauce with flour or corn starch and pour over meat.
