1/2 lb. Elbow Macaroni noodles
1 tsp. Butter; melted
1 Eggs beaten
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. dry Mustard
1 C. Milk
3 C. Sharp Cheddar Cheese; grated or shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions, drain thoroughly (do not rinse). Stir in butter and egg.
In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper and mustard with 1 Tbsp. hot water. Stir in milk, add the cheese (reserving some for sprinkling on the top). Combine with macaroni mixture and toss gently.
Pour into buttered casserole, sprinkle with reserved cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until custard is set and top is crusty.
