1 large head of green cabbage
1 large green pepper
1 large onion
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 tbsp celery seed
2 tbsp salt
1-1/2 tbsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Shred or chop cabbage, pepper, and onion. Sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar. In a pan mix: vinegar, celery seed, salt, and dry mustard, bring to a boil, and pour over the cabbage and other vegetables. Stir well and refrigerate. It's good for at least 9 days, and always better on the 2nd and 3rd day.
