Raw Apple Cake Recipe

4 C chopped apple
2 C sugar mixed with 1 1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 C flour
2 eggs beaten
3/4 C oil
1 C nuts
2 tsp vanilla

Add liquid ingredients and mix, stir in dry ingredients and mix well, then add apples and stir.
Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

Make Sauce:
1 C sugar,1/2 C butter, 1/2 C cream, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla.
Mix ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
To serve: cut cake into serving size pieces, then spoon sauce over cake just before serving. (Excellent served while still warm)
