Crust:
1 C butter
2 C flour
1/2 C powdered sugar

Filling:
2 C sugar
5 T flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
6 eggs - beaten
2/3 C lemon juice - add yellow food coloring

Directions:

Crust:
Pat into a 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350

Filling:
Blend all ingredients well. Spread over baked crust.
Bake for 25 minutes @ 350.
Dust with powdered sugar. Cool and cut into bars.
