2-2/3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup Crisco (butter)
6 tbsp cold water.
Peaches:
5 pounds frozen peaches (2 pkgs.)
3-4 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp almond extract
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour

Directions:

Crust:
Mix flour and salt in bowl. Cut in crisco using pastry blender (or two knives) until flour is blended into pea-sized chunks. Sprinkle with water 1 tbsp at a time. Toss lightly with fork until dough forms ball. Divide in half and roll out between waxed paper. Line a 9x13 pan with 1/2 dough.
Peaches:
Mix all ingredients in sauce pan and cook until bubbly. Pour into crust lined pan and roll out last 1/2 of pastry. Put on top and seal edges. and cut top crust to vent. Put pads of butter approximately 1/4 stick on top and sprinkle with sugar to taste. Bake 350º for 1 hour.
