1 lemon
1 lime
1 orange
1 12 oz bag of cranberries,
1 container (16 oz) frozen strawberries in sugar
1 c red wine
1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put peels of fruit into a sauce pan and separate juice for later.
Grate 1 tsp of lemon peel and squeeze 3 tbls juice,
Grate 1 tsp of lime peel and squeeze 2 tbls juice,
Grate 1/2 tsp of orange peel and squeeze 1/4 c juice.
combine peels, cranberries, strawberries with sugar,wine and sugar. Heat to boil on high heat. Reduce heat to med low and cook 15 min uncovered. Stir in juices, put into serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
