3 cups Zucchini thinly sliced
1 cup bisquick
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp season salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup oil
4 beaten eggs

Directions:

Mix all and spread in a 9 x 13 greased pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes uncovered, or until golden brown.
